Our Values
"We first launched our company values in April 2021 after a 6 month discovery project aimed at defining OUB's culture. We were a much smaller business back then but I'm so proud to see that all 9 of our company values are being demonstrated each and every single day.
Where some companies fall into a trap of creating buzzwords that nobody really understands, our values form part of our conversations every day. Whether it's incentives, monthly kudos awards, performance conversations or our awards at the SLT offsite.
We know that 9 company values is quite a lot and so a short while ago we asked you if all 9 still resonate with you and still define our company culture despite almost 5 years of growth. And the response was a resounding yes! Our values shape the way we work, behave and treat each other at One Utility Bill and I strongly believe, like you do, that they are here to stay."
