Job description
Account Executive
Permanent | £31,528 + £5k OTE
We’re seeking an ambitious, analytical, and commercially savvy Account Executive to manage and grow our highest-value agent partnerships. This position is focused on strategic key account management with commercially minded agents who submit 40+ move-ins per month.
A little bit about us
We are a tech business that bundle household bills into one fixed monthly payment. One payment means easier finances, less time on the phone to suppliers, and less admin. It’s a game changer.
It’s also a gorgeous place to work. Everybody gets stuck in to make things work, the team will make you feel welcome from day one, and the office is near some pretty great pubs.
What you’ll be doing
As an Account Executive within our Partnerships team, you will play a key role in onboarding and managing relationships with our high level and enterprise agents. Your responsibilities could be:
Involvement in complex agent onboarding to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are bought into our services and trained on our Notify platform.
Strategic driver - You have the autonomy to have strategic direction when it comes to your own portfolio. From account reviews with larger agents, to bespoke incentives to help drive lead generation - the world is your oyster! As long as you have in the forefront of your mind, “what more can we be getting from our agents, and what more can we be doing for our agents?”
Building and nurturing commercial relationships with letting agents and property partners.
Conducting in depth reporting for agents, looking at lead volumes and where they could maximise commission opportunities.
Ongoing account management to agents throughout their customer journey on our Notify platform.
Communication with stakeholders both internally and externally to resolve issues and ensure our agent processes run smoothly.
Your role will support the conversion rate for our B2C sales teams through the partnerships you make with agents.
A little bit about you
Here are a few other things that we’d love to see (don’t worry, they’re not all essential!):
Key Account Management: Proven track record in KAM, Account Management, or Business Development, ideally working with high-volume estate agencies or commercial clients.
Performance & Conversion Consulting: Experience driving conversion, retention, and revenue growth, delivering effective platform training to help partners maximise return.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to senior agency leaders and directors, and adept at building trusted relationships.
Data & Reporting: Analytical and comfortable translating raw usage data into executive-level reports and actionable performance insights.
Results-Driven: Strong history of hitting and exceeding KPIs across conversion, engagement, and retention.
CRM & Organisation: Excellent time management skills with a strong commitment to process execution and flawless CRM management across multi-contact accounts.
Proactive Problem Solver: Self-starter who identifies churn risks early and develops creative, strategic solutions to maximise account value.
What you’ll get from us
As well as all of the great perks listed below, here’s what you can expect to gain financially from this role…
💰 An annual salary of £31,528 plus £5k OTE for achieving personal targets.
💸 £2000 per year in bonuses paid to the full company if we achieve our shared objectives/ELT bonus is applicable
